If you find something is missing, damaged, or incorrect in your order, please contact us as soon as possible to our Support Page. We are committed to providing our Customers with a perfect experience every time and will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

WHY DO WE USE ALUMINIUM CAPSULES?

An aluminium capsule is the best way to store aroma and flavour alike.

So why aluminium? Aluminium provides the coffee with the best possible protection against light and air, ensuring that the tantalising aromas and flavours remain sealed in the capsule until you press the button and release them.

Aluminium is fully recyclable, which is great when it comes to the environment.

Aluminium capsules do not melt or become deformed, which can occur to plastic capsules.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE BEANS FROM HEAVEN CAPSULES?

Once manufactured, the Beans from heaven capsules can be kept for 24 months. The date of manufacture and the best-before date are always stated on the packaging.

CAN BEANS FROM HEAVEN CAPSULES BE USED IN ALL COFFEE MACHINES?

Beans from Heaven coffee capsules are compatible with most Nespresso®* coffee machines, always guaranteeing the best quality of coffee.

Beans from Heaven capsules are compatible with the following Nespresso®* machines: CITIZ, INNISIA, PIXIE, LATTISSIMA, ESSENZA, ESSENZA MINI, CREATISTA (PLUS), MAESTRIA, CUBE. Not compatible with Expert, KitchenAid, U machines, Prodigio, professional and built-in models.

Our Master Roasters select the very best Arabica and Robusta beans from across the world.

They create unique blends that are roasted and packaged in Florida.

CAN I USE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY AND INVOICE ADDRESS?

Yes, the delivery address can differ from the invoice address. Simply check the ‘delivery address different to invoice address’ box in the order process. Below that you can input the delivery address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY BEANS FROM HEAVEN CAPSULES?

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. On workdays we will ship your package within 24 hours, and you can expect it within 2-3 days. If you have not received your package within 3 days, please contact us.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER FROM THE BEANS FROM HEAVEN ONLINE SHOP?
